Hello everypony! I have been rather busy in college as the semester comes to a close; however I still have plenty of great results to post from my fact-finding mission. Although she will never see this, brony-superstar PurpleTinker was an invaluable asset in my endeavor!
So, in the next few days (once finals are over, yuck), expect to see 'Step 1: Identifying Customer Need'! All steps in this design process will be taken from Product Design and Development by Karl T. Ulrich and Steven D. Eppinger (fifth edition).
